services for hotel stays, flights, vacation
packages, cruises, etc.

ISX Policies

• Research fee: $25 per destination for custom trips. Includes 3 hotel
  options. This fee isn’t applied to pre-made trips by ISX, as long as
  there aren’t any customizations. This process may take up to 5-7
  business days. Expedited research can take 1-3 business days and
  costs an extra $10.

• Minimum Deposit*: prices vary. Quoted prices may change as time
  goes on, until booked. It covers vendors’ deposit and booking fee. If
  you book a trip within 30 or 45 days before departure, the entire
  cost of the trip is due at time of booking.

• Booking fee: a non-refundable payment of $50 per person. It covers
  domestic and international travel.

• Pre-made Xscapes: Trips that were created by ISX and are promoted
  as flyers and posted on social media.
